Report & Safety – Maintaining a Safe Environment on Cluborado
Cluborado is committed to maintaining a safe, reliable, and transparent platform for discovering nightlife venues, events, and experiences. The integrity of the platform and the safety of its users are of paramount importance.

• Scams, fraudulent schemes, or attempts to mislead users
• Impersonation of venues, promoters, organizers, or other users
• Safety concerns relating to venues, events, or interactions occurring through the platform
• Any activity that appears to violate Cluborado’s Terms of Service or community standards
Information to include in your report
To allow our team to review and assess reports efficiently, please provide as much relevant information as possible, including where applicable:
• The name of the venue, event, or user involved
• A clear and detailed description of the issue
• Screenshots, links, or other supporting material (if available)
• The date and time when the incident occurred
• Any additional context that may assist our review
All reports are reviewed carefully and handled with appropriate discretion.
Review process
Upon receipt of a report:
• Our moderation or safety team will assess the information provided
• Where appropriate, further review or investigation may be conducted
• If a violation is confirmed, appropriate action may be taken
Such actions may include, without limitation, the removal of content, restriction of accounts, suspension of access to the platform, or additional verification procedures. In certain cases, further administrative or legal measures may be required.
While we may not always be able to communicate the outcome of a report, each submission contributes to maintaining the safety and reliability of the platform.
Zero tolerance policy
